All returns must be pre-authorized within 7 days for a complete refund and returned within 14 days of notification. Product must be unused and in original wrapper and condition. No returns will be accepted after 21 days under any circumstances.
Shipping charges are non- refundable.
Returns: If you are not satisfied with your Incense purchase, you may return it within 30 days for refund. Product return must be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition. Please also enclose detailed reason for the return. Items that are broken after purchase will not be replaced. Old City Incense does not pay shipping on items being returned or reimburse original shipping cost. |
